AEO/IEC Registration

The Import Export Code is a 10 digit special code provided by the Director General of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Commerce, Government of India.
In order to get an Import Export Code, you need the few documentation like a Covering Letter on the official letter head for issue of new IEC Code Number, Certificate from the Banker of the applicant firm, copies of the application in prescribed format for submission to the regional Jt. DGFT Office.

Cross Trade

A cross trade also occurs legitimately when a broker executes matched buy and a sell orders for the same security across different client accounts and reports them on an exchange. For example, if one client wants to sell and another wants to buy, the broker could match those two orders without sending the orders to the stock exchange to be filled but filling them as a cross trade and then reporting the transactions after the fact but in a timely manner and time-stamped with the time and price of the cross. These types of cross trades must also be executed at a price that corresponds to the prevailing market price at the time.

DG Handling

The IMDG (International Maritime Dangerous Goods) code is a set of rules and regulations that have set an industry standard for safely practicing the movement of Dangerous Cargo through international territories. OOCL follows the IMDG code stringently, taking proactive measures to protect the environment while carrying these dangerous goods. The IMDG Code is broken down into the nine different classes. ISO Tank

The tank is made of stainless steel and is surrounded by various types of protective layers. Different skins can be used with an ISO tank depending on the type of bulk cargo it is carrying. It has a manhole on the top along with at least one valve and another valve on the bottom. They are shaped like a cylinder.
Because ISO tanks are built to the ISO standard, the frame which the tank sits in measures about 6 metres long, 2,4 meters wide and between 2,4-2,5 metres high. The tanks vary in size and type and can carry between 14.000 and 26.000 litres of liquid.
